In support of Armistice Day on Tuesday 11th November, please let the practice know if you have served in the UK Armed Forces. Please let us know so that we can ensure you are getting the best possible care.
Veteran ID card
An HM Armed Forces Veteran Card is a way for patients to prove that they have served in the UK Armed Forces. The card can make it quicker and easier to access support and veterans’ services and it’s free to apply.
